This study examines the application of strategic jurisprudential maxims in the Mahdist system with an emphasis on the thought of Imam Khamenei. Using a descriptive-analytical approach and library-based sources, data were collected from the Qur’an, Sunnah, juristic opinions, and Imam Khamenei’s statements and speeches. The central question is how jurisprudential maxims can function as strategic principles during the Occultation and contribute to the realization of a Mahdist society. The findings indicate that, in Imam Khamenei’s intellectual framework, Islamic jurisprudence possesses a social, civilization-building, and governance-oriented character. The maxims of justice, negation of domination, guidance of the ignorant, cooperation in righteousness, prevention of wrongdoing, and blocking the means to corruption form an integrated framework for Islamic governance. Justice constitutes the foundation of the Mahdist order; negation of domination safeguards independence; guidance of the ignorant provides the basis for explanatory efforts; cooperation in righteousness promotes support for Muslims and the oppressed; prevention of wrongdoing combats corruption; and blocking the means prevents its underlying causes. Therefore, the Mahdist system is understood as a civilizational process directed toward the realization of global justice and the sovereignty of divine values.
