After the events of September 11, 2001, US-Israeli relations entered a new and deeper stage. The United States, which sought to redefine its foreign policy and confront global security threats in the wake of the terrorist attacks, recognized Israel as a key ally in the fight against terrorism in the Middle East. The results of the study show that fighting terrorism and its financing have become a common keyword for the US and Israel. Following the events of September 11, 2001 and the US attack on Afghanistan, the assumption of US policy was regime change in Iran, but the way to achieve these goals has changed after the occupation of Iraq. The unexpected problems after the occupation of Iraq and the understanding of the complexities of the issue, establishing stability in this country on the one hand, and domestic progress in Iran and Iran's optimal use of the security vacuum in Iraq and Afghanistan on the other hand, have made Iran stronger and disrupted the balance of power in Iran's favor.
