چکیده
فلسطین سالیان درازی است که تحت اشغال رژیم اشغالگر قدس قرار دارد. در طول این سالیان، راه حل‌های بسیاری برای وضعیت فلسطین از سوی اندیشمندان، دولت‌های مختلف و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی ارائه شده است. از جمله این موارد، راه حل دو-دولت بوده است. جستار حاضر با عنایت به اوج گرفتن دوباره درگیری نظامی میان فلسطینیان و رژیم صهیونیستی بواسطه عملیات طوفان الاقصی، با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی حقوقی راه حل دو دولت و بدیل‌های آن همت گماشته است. در حالی که رژیم اشغالگر قدس تلاش می‌کند راه حل دولت واحد را عادی‌سازی کند، فلسطینی‌ها با این تلاش‌ها برای عادی‌سازی مخالف هستند. لذا با بررسی پیشنهادهای موجود، به این نتیجه دست یافتیم که در حال حاضر، راه‌حل‌های صلح جایگزین، مبتنی بر مشارکت و برابری بین هر دو گروه ملی، مانند گزینه دولت واحد یا کنفدراسیون، آینده‌ای ناممکن و نامحقق به نظر می‌رسد. لذا تنها گزینه حقوقی ممکن برای مردم فلسطین، حق بر مقاومت، انتفاضه و مبارزه تا دستیابی به رهایی و آزادی قدس اشغالی از چنگال اشغالگران است

چکیده English

Palestine has been under the occupation of Jerusalem for many years. During these years, thinkers, different governments, and international organizations have proposed many solutions for the Palestinian situation. Among these cases, the two-state solution has been. Considering the re-emergence of the military conflict between the Palestinians and the Zionist regime due to the Al-Aqsa storm operation, the present essay is devoted to the legal analysis of the two-state solution and its alternatives with a descriptive-analytical method. While the occupation regime of Al-Quds is trying to normalize the one-state solution, the Palestinians are against these normalization efforts. Therefore, by examining the existing proposals, we concluded that currently, alternative peace solutions, based on participation and equality between both national groups, such as the option of a single government or confederation, seem to be an impossible and unrealized future. Therefore, the only possible legal option for the Palestinian people is the right to resistance, intifada, and struggle to achieve the liberation and freedom of occupied Jerusalem from the grip of the occupiers.
