چکیده

احساس امنیت، یکی از مهم­ترین نیازهای روانی انسان است که متاثر از شرایط اجتماعی است که فرد در آن زندگی می­کند. احساس امنیت، با بسیاری از عناصر جامعه در ارتباط است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تعیین راهکارهای ارتقاء احساس امنیت در شهروندان استان سیستان و بلوچستان است. به منظور تحقق هدف فوق، در این پژوهش، تاثیر هر یک از هفت عامل (اقتصادی، سیاسی، مذهبی، وحدت قومی- مذهبی، رسانه­های گروهی، عملکرد متولیان امنیتی- نظامی- انتظامی، عدالت کیفری) بر ارتقاء احساس امنیت در مردم استان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و جامعه مورد مطالعه، شامل تمامی ساکنین استان سیستان و بلوچستان می باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای، 5 شهر(شامل زابل، زاهدان، سراوان، ایرانشهر و چابهار) انتخاب شده و نمونه­ای به حجم384 نفر براساس جدول مورگان و با در نظر گرفتن متغیرهایی مانند مذهب، شغل، جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات و سن، انتخاب گردید. اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 39 گویه و در مقیاس لیکرت جمع­آوری گردید. فرضیه­های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون « تی تک نمونه‌ای» مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و تایید شد. نتایج نشان داد که همه 7 متغیر مستقل مورد مطالعه، بر ارتقاء احساس امنیت در مردم استان سیستان و بلوچستان تاثیرگذار است.

چکیده [English]

The feeling of security is one of the most important psychological needs of humans, which is affected by the social conditions in which a person lives. The feeling of security is related to many elements of society. The main goal of the current research is to determine ways to improve the sense of security in the citizens of Sistan and Baluchistan province. In order to achieve the above goal, in this research, the effect of each of the seven factors (economic, political, religious, ethnic-religious unity, mass media, performance of security-military-law enforcement officers, criminal justice) on improving the sense of security in the people The province was investigated. This research is of a descriptive-survey type and the studied population includes all the residents of Sistan and Baluchistan province, which were selected using random cluster sampling method, 5 cities (including Zabul, Zahedan, Saravan, Iranshahr and Chabahar) and a sample size of 384 people was selected based on Morgan's table and considering variables such as religion, occupation, gender, education level and age. The information needed for the research was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with 39 items and on a Likert scale. The hypotheses of the research were tested and confirmed using the "one-sample t-test" test. The results showed that all 7 independent variables studied have an effect on improving the sense of security in the people of Sistan and Baluchistan province.
