چکیده

زنان به عنوان موثرترین عضو جامعه که بیشترین سهم اداره داخلی خانواده به عنوان واحد اجتماعی به عهده آنهاست، در تربیت و تکامل آحاد اجتماع، اساسی‌ترین نقش را ایفا میکنند و به دلیل نقش خاصی که درخلقت بر عهده دارندبه سرمایه‌های درونی بس گران‌بهایی مجهز است که جامعه بشری در رشد خود نیازمند این ارزش ها است. این پژوهش از نوع کتابخانه و مستند بر داده های ثانویه مستند می باشد و از نوع روش تحقیق دردسته تحقیقات توصیفی و از لحاظ هدف در دسته تحقیقات توسعه ای قرارمی گیرد. زنان بخش مهمی از تأمین سرمایه در بحث مشارکت در بخش های دولتی‌اند دربیشتر جوامع بشری نرخ اشتغال و مشارکت زنان اندک است. رسیدن به اهداف سازمان ها و پیرو آن رشد و توسعه هر چه بیشتر جوامع در زمینه های گوناگون مستلزم حضور بهتر و بیشتر زنان و مردان متخصص درعرصه عمل می‎باشد و علی رغم تلاش های صورت گرفته هنوز هم در سطح وسیعی از حوزه های عمومی‎ تبعیض ها و تفکیک های جنسیتی فراوانی وجود دارد و برای رسیدن به برابری به معنای واقعی کلمه ی برابری راه بس درازی در پیش است که حضور و یاری زنان والبته مردان بسیاری را طلب می‎کند.

چکیده [English]

Women, as the most effective member of society, who is the largest share of the domestic administration of the family as a social unit, play the most important role in the education and development of the community, and because of the particular role they play in creation, to the internal capital.

Methodology: This research is a library and documentary documentary on secondary data and is a descriptive research method in the category of development research.

Results: Women are an important part of providing capital in the public sector. In most human societies, employment rates and women's participation are low.

Discussion: We need to know that women's participation in the public sector, especially at management and decision -making levels, must provide conditions for women to know their abilities.

Conclusion: Achieving the goals of organizations and its follow up to the growth and development of societies in various fields requires a better and more presence of women and men in the field.
