چکیده

از 24 فوریه (5 اسفند 1400) که جنگ اوکراین آغاز شد، تقابل روسیه و آمریکا در اوکراین ، منجر به افزایش اهمیت استراتژیک ایران شده است. نزدیکی مواضع تهران ـ مسکو و منافع مشترک آنها منجر به همکاری بیشتر دو کشور با یکدیگر شده است . جنگ اوکراین پیامد های بسیاری دارد و عادی شدن شرایط در این منطقه ممکن است، سال ها طول بکشد. سؤال اصلی مقاله این است که فواید اصلی منافع ملی سیاسی و عرصه های آن، دفاعی نظامی، اقتصادی، منطقه ای و.. ایران در جنگ روسیه و اوکراین کدام اند؟ روش این مقاله از لحاظ ماهیت داده ها،کیفی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها توصیفی-تحلیلی است. این پژوهش از نظرجمع آوری داده ها میدانی مبتنی بر مصاحبه با 151خبرگان و استفاده گسترده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای میباشد. با روش طبقه ای –تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ ها و نتیجه گیری بیانگر آن است که از فرصت‌های به‌وجود آمده ناشی از رویارویی موازنه قوا روسیه و آمریکا در بحران جنگ اوکراین، ایران می توانددر راستای توسعه صادرات و واردات کشور و خودبه عنوان بازیگر فعال در عرصه منطقه بهره‌مند شود.

Since February 24 (March 5, 1400), when the war in Ukraine began, the conflict between Russia and the United States in Ukraine has led to an increase in Iran's strategic importance. The proximity of Tehran-Moscow positions and their common interests have led to greater cooperation between the two countries. The war in Ukraine has many consequences and the normalization of the situation in this region may take years. The main question of the article is, what are the main benefits of Iran's national political interests and its fields, military, economic, regional defense, etc. in the war between Russia and Ukraine? The method of this article is qualitative in terms of the nature of data and practical in terms of purpose, and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection method. In terms of field data collection, this research is based on interviews with 151 experts and extensive use of library studies. It has been measured by simple stratified-random method and using Cronbach's alpha formula. The findings and conclusions show that Iran can benefit from the opportunities created by the confrontation of the balance of power between Russia and the United States in the Ukraine war crisis
