چکیده

تأمین امنیت ملی در عصر پرشتاب تحولات جهانی به دلیل درهم تنیده­ گی، به فرماندهی و کنترل کارآمد نیازمند است. در این ماتریس پیچیده سیاست بین­ الملل، منطقه خاورمیانه به دلیل نفوذ قدرت­ های فرامنطقه­ ای همواره به عنوان پرآشوب­ ترین منطقه جهان از فقدان امنیت رنج می­ برد. ایران وارث سرزمینی است که مهد یکی از بزرگترین تمدن­ های جهان بوده است. این کشور در دهه­های اخیر به دلیل ناامنی­ های برساخته منطقه خاورمیانه متحمل هزینه­ های سنگینی شده است. با توجه به این واقعیت به روش تبیینی در پی پاسخ به این سؤال هستیم که ایران به عنوان یک قدرت مهم منطقه ­ای چگونه می­ تواند ناامنی­ های منطقه خاورمیانه را فرماندهی و کنترل کند تا امنیت پایدارتر ملی تأمین شود؟ فرضیه پژوهش حاضر اینست که این کشور با استفاده از رویکرد­های فکری چند وجهی امنیت و نیز با اتخاذ استراتژی همراه­ سازی سایر دولت-ملت­ها و جنبش­ های آزادی­ بخش در تأمین و کنترل امنیت خاورمیانه نقش­ آفرین خواهد بود. یافته­ های پژوهش حاکی است، به دلیل اشتراکات فراوان میان ملت­های منطقه و تحول در نوع نظام­ های سیاسی و برقراری نظام­ های مردم ­سالاری، صلح و امنیت پایدار تأمین خواهد شد. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است توانمندی­ های این کشور در بهره­ گیری از قابلیت­ های سامانه منطقه خاورمیانه و ایجاد ساخت جدیدی از سامانه منطقه امن­ تر تبیین شود.

چکیده [English]

    National security in the world of globalization requires efficient command and. In this complex matrix of international politics, the Middle East suffers from a lack security, which have always been the most troubled region in the world. Iran has been the cradle of one of the greatest civilizations in the world. The country has incurred heavy costs in recent decades due to insecurity in the Middle East. Given this fact, we seek to answer the question of how Iran, can command and control the insecurities in the Middle East to ensure more lasting national security. The hypothesis of the present study is that this country will play a role in ensuring and controlling the security of the Middle East to security and also Bandwagoning other nation-states and movements. The findings of the study indicate that due to the many commonalities between the nations and the change in the type of political systems and the establishment of democratic systems, lasting peace and security will be ensured. In this research, an attempt has been made to explain the capabilities of this country in utilizing the capabilities of the Middle East regional system and creating a new construction of a safer regional system.
