Designing the Model of a New Islamic Civilization: From the Seerah of the Infallibles (AS) to the System of the Islamic Republic

Abstract
Exploring the concept of New Islamic Civilization is essential for developing an effective and appropriate model for application within the Islamic Republic’s system. Accordingly, this study aimed to design and explain a model of an effective New Islamic Civilization based on the conduct of the Infallibles (peace be upon them). The study was exploratory in nature and employed a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 experts in Islamic studies, selected using snowball sampling. The final model was then developed through three stages of coding based on the paradigm approach. The paradigm model identifies the causal conditions required for the formation of a New Islamic Civilization, as well as the intervening conditions that facilitate or accelerate its realization. It also examines the processes of action and interaction required to achieve this civilization. The resulting outcomes include religious commitment, community-building, and the development of rational and knowledge-oriented individuals.
