Abstract
This article examinesthe impact of the political and economic competition of three global powers-the United States, China, and Russia-on the regional position of the Islamic Republic of Iran by 2030.The increasing competition of these powers in the geopolitical,economic, and security arenashas significantly affected the structure of the regional order in West Asia and has broughtabout newdevelopments in powerequations.In the meantime, Iran, due to its strategic location,rich energy resources, and geostrategic capacities,has become one of the important axes of interaction andconfrontation of these competitions.The main question of the research is what impact will thisglobal competition have on Iran's regionalposition by 2030?The hypothesis put forwardinthe article is thatthe continuation andintensification of the competition between the United States, China,and Russiacanlead to the formation of new opportunitiesand threats for Iran; In such a way that by adopting anactive, balanced,and multilateral foreign policy,Iran will be able to manage risks while taking advantage of opportunities andenhance its regional positionThe present study, using adescriptive-analyticalmethod basedon strategic data, examines the variousdimensionsof this competitionand analyzes its impact onIran's foreignpolicy andregional positionThe findings indicate that the orientation of thegreat powers towards Iran is subject to geopolitical interestsand changes inthe globalorder,and Iran's role in this process will dependon its intelligent activism
