Abstract : Syria became involved in a civil war that syrian opponents wait religious ethnic thoughts with the support of the Arad region and using war equipment and with the US and some European and Turkish countries intervention Emerged in the creation of a civil war in syria the destructive conseguences of this war lead to killing and migration of a large number of syrian people to marginalized countres in the meantime international organizations of legal responsibility based on the international organization charter obliged to support displaced people and syrian asylum seekers have been in the face of the crisis of war and the rules of human rights In this research has been attempted the developments and events of the pre syrian government that It led to civil war from year 2011 to 2018 and express and the duties of international organizations in the frame Conseguences of syrias war in help from refugees to check and hom much thisinternational responsibilities have been realized . Although international organizations will be willing to realize did not pley their international duties but the syria continues to preserve the war internal and displaced people and lacking human security .
