Abstract
The climate legal regime was born in the broader set of international law, this research based on the current debate about climate change and the resulting migration phenomenon in international law, the challenges faced by lawyers in explaining the relationship between the climate regime and its consequences Political and economic multilateralism highlights. After understanding the consequences of climate migrations, the basic question is, what is the approach of international law regarding climate change and climate migrants? The present study investigates the claim with a descriptive and analytical method that understanding the multifaceted nature of climate change and environmental interactions requires the strengthening of discussions that consider the institutional aspects of these relationships and ultimately lead to increased cooperation and coordination. governments. International law, and especially the emerging concept of systemic integration, has the potential to play a positive role in the interaction of climate with politics and business in the future. One of the most important international agreements on climate change is the 2015 Paris Agreement. The Paris Agreement appears to provide a stable framework to guide global efforts for decades to come.
