with the aim of analyzing the strategies and policies related to training and development of professional human resources. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and also, in terms of the type of data, it is of mixed exploratory type (qualitative/quantitative). The participants of this research in the qualitative part included 13 academic and human resources experts who were selected by the principle of saturation. Also, the statistical population of the research in the quantitative part included 335 senior managers of private companies in Tehran. Two library and field methods have been used to collect information. In the field interviews, a questionnaire was used to collect statistical data. Regarding the method of data analysis, the qualitative part of the interview (open, central and selective coding) was used. In the quantitative section, according to the research questions, descriptive and inferential statistics methods have been used. Also, in order to prioritize the components, the hierarchical analysis process was used in the fuzzy environment. The results showed that the strategies of training and development of professional human resources include selection and recruitment, education and training, organizational development and executive management. Also, based on the results, executive management was given first priority.
