These conditions and ...  Read More The national interest is a set of dynamic conditions and possibilities that enable the realization of security, political, economic, social and cultural needs. These conditions and possibilities are inspired by the geopolitical situation, economic, political, social structure and cultural and historical characteristics of a society and finally its place in the international politics scene. At the height of the Cold War, Turkey defined its political identity as part of the Western bloc as opposed to the Soviet Union, but with the collapse of the bipolar system, the security equations of the world, both regionally and globally, changed. There was a fundamental change. Therefore, the cooperation and competition between the main actors in the West Asian region, including Iran and Turkey, underwent some changes in form and content. This study seeks to answer the question of how the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran are influenced by Turkey's foreign policy? The research is descriptive-analytical and is prepared by a case-by-case method and a mixed approach. The sample size of this study was 30 based on the opinion of 5 elites and experts in this field, which was purposefully selected. By examining the background, studying the documents and conducting purposeful interviews, and after examining regional and global developments, the approach of Turkish foreign policy was calculated in the form of a matrix of statistics and national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The results show that the regional interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the axis of resistance had the most impact and the independence and currency integrity had the least impact.

On this basis, the Saudis changed their foreign policy from a conservative mode of maintaining the status quo to an aggressive policy, and in this way, the threat balance policy became the dominant approach in the Saudi diplomatic apparatus. Saudi Arabia, exploiting the capacity of terrorist and takfiri groups that grew directly and indirectly from the body of this current; It was considered as one of the most important balancing tools to reduce Iran's influence and regional power and its threats. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to investigate the position of Takfiri terrorism in the balancing strategy of Saudi Arabia's threat against Iran during the years 2011 to 2022. This research has been written in analytical-explanatory method using library and internet sources.The findings of the research indicate that Saudi Arabia has provided various support to Takfiri terrorist groups in order to balance against the threats and influence of Iran in the Middle East, especially in areas such as Syria, Iraq and Yemen.

The Military-Arabian Coalescence, which is influenced by geopolitical issues in the region, has raised questions of what are the security threats posed by these efforts against the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and what should be Iran's military defense strategy against such efforts? Based on the new theory of realism, the present study seeks to identify and analyze the geopolitical factors influencing this military coalescence, and has tried to investigate the most appropriate strategies for the Islamic Republic of Iran's approach to the formation of such a coalition. It seems that the main reason for this condition referred to the weakness or the lack of a theoretical framework for this issue in Iranian foreign policy. Based on the above necessity, the main question of the present study is where is the position of health in the mainstream theories of International Relations and what is the relationship between the two concepts of health and foreign policy? The research methodology is descriptive-analytical conducted by library-based data. The results pointed to three approaches in explaining this relationship and position: foreign policy as health, health as foreign policy, and health as one of the foreign policy agendas. It also showed that today the attention to health in foreign policy has gone beyond the previous moral and humanitarian frameworks (liberalism) and has opened its place in the issues of power and security (realism).

Therefore, the main question of the current research is, what is the position of "sovereignty" in terms of concept and function in the thought of Ibn Khaldun and Norbert Elias? In order to answer the above question, an attempt is made to identify the differences and similarities of this concept in the theoretical system of these two thinkers and present its practical achievements by relying on the comparative method. The findings of the research show that both thinkers have a "developmental" approach to social phenomena and developments, including the issue of "sovereignty" and its transformation, from the perspective of historical sociology, and both of them have a general rule about sovereignty. and that is that when the sovereign territory expands to a great extent,, leads to the activation of centrifugal forces, and then the period of decline and collapse of that sovereignty begins.

But in recent years, the country's approaches to the region indicate a shift from conservative tradition to an aggressive approach. The active and widespread presence in the Syrian crisis and the confrontational efforts against Iran show that Saudi Arabia has entered a different stage in its foreign policy. In this regard, this article seeks to answer the question of what factors have led to a change in the behavioral patterns of Saudi Arabia's foreign policy in the Persian Gulf region? East and West show off and confrontation of each regional and extra-regional power to achieve their own goals and interests, which has become a concern and security problem in this region. Therefore , the purpose of the present article is the identity and ideological confrontation between Saudi Arabia and Iran in the study of yemen. On this basis , the author seeks to answer the fundamental question of how Saudi Arabia and Iran played a role in the developments in yemen? The hypothesis that arises in response to this question is that Saudi Arabia and Iran have played a role in the developments in yemen through identity factors , This has led to a challenge between the two countries.Given the Sunni and Wahhabi identity of Saudi Arabia and its concern about the spread of Shiism and the strengthening of Iran's influence in the Persian Gulf region and ultimately the entire Middle East , the Saudi – Iranian confrontation in yemen can be explained based on a constructivism approach.
