چکیده

مهاجرت در دنیای امروز به مسئله ای جهانی تبدیل شده که توجه بسیاری از رشته های علمی را به خود جلب کرده است. مهاجرت اتباع دیگر به کشور مقصد تبعات زیادی برای کشور مذکور می تواند داشته باشد. با توجه به اینکه در سالهای گذشته شاهد مهاجرت موج زیادی از اتباع افغانستان در کشورمان بوده ایم و از سوی دیگر نیز این مهاجران تهدیدات و فرصت هایی برای کشورمان ایجاد کرده اند،بنابراین این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سوال است که تهدیدات و فرصت های سیاسی- امنیتی مهاجرت اتباع افغانستانی، برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه تحلیل می شود؟ یافته های تحقیق حاکی از پیامدهای منفی مانند افزایش قاچاق مواد مخدر و انسان، افزایش گروهها و عملیات تروریستی در کشور، تشتت ایدئولوژی و افزایش هرج و مرج در مناطق مرزی و دیگر نقاط کشور و نیز فرصت هایی مانند افزایش ظرفیت های دیپلماتیک و روابط سیاسی با افغانستان و دیگر کشورها و همچنین سازمان های منطقه ای و افزایش قدرت سیاسی و دیپلماتیک و در نتیجه افزایش قدرت کشورمان در منطقه می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات و جمع آوری داده ها نیز به شیوه کتابخانه ای و اسنادی صورت گرفته است.

چکیده [English]

Migration in today's world has become a global issue that has attracted the attention of many scientific fields. The migration of other nationals to the destination country can have many consequences for the said country large wave of Afghan nationals immigrating to our country, and on the other hand, these immigrants have created threats and opportunities for our country, so this research seeks to answer the question that threats and opportunities How is the political-security migration of Afghan nationals analyzed for the Islamic Republic of Iran? The findings of the research indicate negative consequences such as the increase in drug and human trafficking, the increase in terrorist groups and operations in the country, the spread of ideology and the increase in chaos in the border areas and other parts of the country, as well as opportunities such as the increase in diplomatic capacities and political relations with Afghanistan and other countries as well as regional organizations and increasing political and diplomatic power and as a result increasing the power of our country in the region. The research method in this descriptive-analytical research and the method of information gathering and data collection were also done in a library and documentary way.
