چکیده

سازمان‌های غیردولتی یا سازمان‌های مردم نهاد «NGO» به عنوان‌ سازمان‌های مستقل از دولت، غیر‌انتفاعی و اعضا خودجوش و مردمی امروزه سهم مهمی در ایفای نقش در حوزه‌های مختلف حقوقی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی، فرهنگی و ... دارند به طوری که این نهادها اجزاء اصلی جامعه مدنی را تشکیل داده و ابزارهایی برای تقویت موقعیت ضعیف مردم در برابر نهادهای قدرتمند دولتی محسوب می شوند. به رغم این اهمیت، سازمان های غیر‌دولتی در برخی جوامع یا اساساً شکل نمی‌گیرند یا در صورت تشکیل، در انجام وظایف و اثرگذاری خویش چندان کارآمد نیستند و در برخی موارد ضرر‌ها و آسیب‌های عمده‌ای به دنبال دارند، تا جایی‌که در برخی موارد از دایره تعریف مذکور خارج می‌شوند. این مقاله به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی یکی از مهم‌ترین آسیب‌های بازیگران غیر دولتی یعنی خشونت‌گرایی را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد، بدین صورت که ابتدا به معرفی و علل شکل‌گیری دو مورد از مهم‌ترین سازمان‌های خشونت‌گرا یعنی سازمان‌های ایدئولوژی محور نظیر القاعده و سازمان‌های چریکی مارکسیستی نظیر مجاهدین خلق ایران پرداخته و سپس راهکار‌هایی برای جلوگیری از خشونت‌گرایی در این سازمان‌ها و همچنین جلوگیری از وارد کردن صدمه به جامعه توسط این سازمان‌ها ارائه می‌دهد.

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as independent organizations from the government,

Non-profit organizations and spontaneous and public members today play an important role in various legal fields such as political, economic, environmental, cultural, etc., so that these institutions are the main components of civil society

formed and are considered tools to strengthen the weak position of the people against powerful government institutions. In spite of this importance, non-governmental organizations in some societies are either basically not formed or in th ecase of

formation, they are not very efficient in performing their duties and effectiveness, and in some cases losses and damages

Most of them follow, to the extent that in some cases they go out of the circle of the mentioned definition. This article is to examine one if the most important injuries of NGOs that is violence, base on the method of Descriptive-analytical. in such a way that firstly, the introduction and causes of the formation of two of the most important organizations

Violent means ideology-based organizations such as Al-Qaeda and Marxist guerilla organizations such as

People's Mojahedin of Iran and then solutions to prevent violence in these organizations

It also prevents these organizations from harming the society.
