The foreign policy of this country and the structures that shape it is a subject that has not been studied in detail in various research works, so in this article we intend to analyze the structures that shape the foreign policy of this country in detail. In this study, we seek to answer the question: what are the most important structures that shape the interactive-confrontational foreign policy of Bahrain and what is the governing model of the foreign policy of this country? The hypothesis raised in response to this question is that the demographic-cultural, economic, military-security and political structures specific to Bahrain have caused conflicts and interactions in the field of foreign relations of this country and have caused the foreign policy of this country. The country is formed in the transition from interaction to confrontation. The method used in this research is an explanatory method and in order to collect data, the most important documents in libraries, think tanks and also a qualitative survey method have been used.

The question therefore arises as to what the connection is between peace or non-violence and the realization of cultural diversity. In answer to these questions, it is hypothesized that there is a significant relationship between the denial of violence and the realization of cultural diversity. This issue applies to Iran after the Second World War, when it faced the occupation of the allied forces and the attention of the United States to its security issues. The importance of paying attention to the borders in the years 1325 to 1326 AH was such that in the form of a directive from the Ministry of Interior Pahlavi Border issues were put on the agenda. In this research using the theoretical framework of defensive realism and archival documents of these years, we will explain Iran's military position after the Second World War between 1325 and 1326. The choice of this time period was due to the special attention of the Iranian government to border security issues under the influence of Tudeh party's activities in the country's border areas and the US's barrier policy. The results of the investigations show that the Iranian government, with regard to the defensive approach, focused on strengthening the border guards, sought to protect the country's borders, increase its relative power, prevent the bad actions of Iran's neighboring governments, and preserve its survival

The research method is of the historical-document type, where the researcher looks for the answer to the research goal by referring to articles, books, and researches. The theoretical model of the research is the structuralism-functionalism paradigm (Durkheim, Merton, Parsons and Giddens). The results show, based on the structuralism-functionalism theory; the roots of political anomie are attributed to the social structure and the function of system components in the transition from traditional to modern society. Rapid, sudden and hasty changes are the cause of political anomie. From this point of view, the imbalance of the political system, the reduction of the authority of the cultural system (symbol and collective dignity), the malfunctioning of the system, the lack of identity, alienation, the feeling of disgust and the emotional crisis of modern people, and the destruction of social traditions are the roots of political anomie. The center of distinction of political anomie thinkers is in the unit of analysis, in such a way that: Durkheim and Merton have a micro-intermediate view on the political anomie; however; Parsons and Giddens approach this issue with a medium-macro view..

The work of Planck, Heisenberg, and others, with the introduction of quantum theory in physics and mechanics, formed new foundations for understanding the universe and its phenomena, mainly known as the quantum paradigm. This new paradigm had tremendous effects on all aspects of science, including computers, the Internet, physics, and so on. In the field of humanities, the impact of this new thinking is still expanding. Quantum theory, unlike classical physics, has no place for concepts such as; It does not see uncertainty and self-awareness, it raises uncertainty and self-awareness. On the other hand, after a hundred years of theorizing in the field of international relations, of which diplomacy is a subsidiary, scientists are still surprised by international and global events. Afghanistan's relationship with countries such as Russia, China and Iran has always been calculated in the foreign policy equations of American governments. The developments after the events of September 11 and the military occupation of Afghanistan in 2001 removed the Taliban from power, until in 2021, at the same time as the withdrawal of American troops and the fall of Afghan cities by the Taliban, power was given to them after two decades. The main question is how the US foreign policy approach to the rise of the New Taliban group can be explained. The proximity of Tehran-Moscow positions and their common interests have led to greater cooperation between the two countries. The war in Ukraine has many consequences and the normalization of the situation in this region may take years. The main question of the article is, what are the main benefits of Iran's national political interests and its fields, military, economic, regional defense, etc. in the war between Russia and Ukraine? The method of this article is qualitative in terms of the nature of data and practical in terms of purpose, and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection method. In terms of field data collection, this research is based on interviews with 151 experts and extensive use of library studies. It has been measured by simple stratified-random method and using Cronbach's alpha formula. The findings and conclusions show that Iran can benefit from the opportunities created by the confrontation of the balance of power between Russia and the United States in the Ukraine war crisis

The present article seeks to investigate and answer the question, what factors prevent the practical expansion of bilateral relations and the increase of Iran's position in China's foreign policy? It seems that the role of structural and institutional-systemic factors affected by the atmosphere of the international system and the acting of these two countries in the system (against the existing order in the international system, especially Iran) has hindered the practical bilateral relations of these two countries. The findings of the research show that the role of western international sanctions against Iran, foreign investments in it, China-centered foreign policy and the role of international and regional variables in creating practical obstacles to the development of relations between Iran and China are more than before. . In this research, a qualitative-interpretive method was used, with a descriptive-analytical approach. Good governance has indicators and characteristics such as: participation, rule of law, transparency, accountability and responsibility, attention to public votes and collective agreement or consensus, equality, effectiveness and efficiency. According to what was said, the present study tries to evaluate the indicators of good governance in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, in response to this question, what is good governance in the Islamic Republic of Iran according to its indicators? The hypothesis that is evaluated in response to this question is that: in the Islamic Republic of Iran, because policy making in four political, social, economic and cultural fields is done by the government in a vertical manner, the results of this policy making by the government are inconsistent with Good governance indicators. The so-called fake occupation of Israel has led to illegal seizures of the site. The descriptive-analytical study of presence has examined the documents and regulations of international law on the legal status of this land. According to this study, there is no specific agreement or legal system agreed on this land. The legal status of Jerusalem is based on a special international regime applicable to the independent city of Jerusalem, as set out in Resolution 181 of the General Assembly of 1947, which was not accepted by the Palestinian government. Any agreement and decision in this regard must be made by the vote of the Palestinian people, as well as the Islamic world, on the basis of universally accepted legal principles. As a result, any unilateral action by the occupying regime against Jerusalem is illegal and has no legal effect.

The main concern of this paper is how the hegemonic nature of that country can be analyzed in the post-Cold War international system based on US foreign policy approaches. In response, I would like to focus on the foreign policy approaches of the United States and the three meanings of hegemony. The United States is one of the countries that has used the most sanctions against other states. The purpose of the present study is to measure the impact of sanctions on Iranians after the withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA. The main question of the research is, what effect did sanctions have on the public health of Iranian citizens during the period of 2018 to 2022? The hypothesis of the research indicates that sanctions severely affect public health and its components. Quantitative methods and questionnaire tools were used to evaluate the article's hypothesis. The statistical sample of the research was made up of 400 citizens living in Yasouj city (stratified-random method) and two samples mean test, regression, Pearson correlation coefficient, and... were used to analyze the data. The findings of the research show that there is a significant relationship between the US sanctions and the public health of the Yasouj citizens. Also, the results showed that there are no significant differences in variables such as age, gender, and marital status between men and women.

In the early years of the Islamic Revolution, the Mojahedin Khalq Organization and the Forqan group assassinated and physically eliminated many high-ranking thinkers and officials of the regime. The local people of the region and in recent years the targeted assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists by the Israeli intelligence services raise the question of what is the main cause of the terrorist attack against the Islamic Republic? In answer to this question, the hypothesis of the article is based on the unique identity of the system that emerged from the Islamic Revolution. The "Islamic Republic" as a political system resulting from the Islamic Revolution is based on the "revolutionary reading of Shiite Islam" which, due to the rejection of global relations of domination, is a revolutionary system and opposed to the status quo. The result is that the "revolutionary identity" and "policy of non-alignment" of the Islamic Republic of Iran have caused the great powers to not cooperate with Iran, so that the world powers and organizations in the face of widespread terrorism against Iran, the policy of silence and non-pursuit They have taken the perpetrators.

In the Middle East, certain factions have successfully bolstered their influence in the region by attaining authority and bolstering their military capacities, thus impacting the stability and security arrangements. The current historical period has seen a significant focus on researching the role of non-state players in the Middle East, mostly due to regional tensions and ongoing crises. This article employs qualitative research methods, case study approaches, theoretical frameworks, and utilizes library and internet resources to investigate the influence of non-state actors, such as Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza and Palestine, Shia forces in Iraq, and the Houthis in Yemen, on the stability and power balance in the Middle East regional system. The hypothesis suggests that non-state entities have the potential to serve as a deterrence in the primary power struggle between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel in the Middle East. They have the ability to avert the disruption of regional power equilibrium and the occurrence of a widespread and highly intense conflict, therefore avoiding instability, imbalance, and the collapse and transformation of the regional system.

In order ...  Read More The events of September 11, led to formation of, new regional power balance in West Asia, that regional goals of its actors ranged from balance of power to balance of threat. In order to explain function of balance of power approach; By examining regional goals of the actors of West Asian theorists, he dissected balance of power in the next decade. The balance of traditional power is predicted. As a result of the findings, outlook for the future is that probability of Iran's convergence with Saudi Arabia and the United States is low (the average intensity of regional convergence is 41.8%) and in the region, balance of traditional forces is still the most likely option. The level of tension created by the actors' goals belongs to Saudi Arabia, Iran and United States, respectively. Saudi Arabia is very influential from the United States and has a supporting role in US regional policy, and Iran has a deterrent role. This study is theoretically and practically important. The data were collected by library method (shooting tool), then the interrelationships between the targets and the actors were analyzed by the "future" research tool "Maktor", "Grapher" geometric design software, game theory and "diagonal matrix" pattern.

The Strait of Hormuz is the only outlet to the Persian Gulf, and it is of international importance because all developed and dependent countries depend on oil exports from the Persian Gulf and more than half of the world's oil needs to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Iran is the largest country in the Persian Gulf and has the largest geographical area and protection positions in this region. Therefore, the Strait of Hormuz is very important and in fact is considered the gateway to Iran with the region and the world. This descriptive-analytical article seeks to answer the question of what are the benefits of the geopolitics of the Strait of Hormuz for the interests and security of Iran in the Persian Gulf region and the world? Findings show that the Strait of Hormuz at the mouth of the Persian Gulf has provided Iran with a position that in all equations and geopolitical calculations by different countries to evaluate and consider the balance of power in our regions. The Strait of Hormuz can also be a unifying factor and the basis for border solidarity between Iran and the countries of the Persian Gulf region.

The Islamic Revolution, according to its nature, concepts and words, has brought special norms and has included goals and phenomena. The authors intend to study the effects of the Islamic Revolution on the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Latin America and the foreign relations between the two countries, which have not been methodically discussed before, relying on the constructivist method, which is above all an analytical framework.In this regard, the main question of the research is based on how the Islamic Revolution of Iran was reflected in Venezuela?, The present study, using an analytical-descriptive method and in the framework of a constructivist approach, has investigated the reflection of this great revolution in Latin America. The findings of the study indicate that the Islamic Revolution of Iran is not confined within its political borders and in addition to regional and indirect influences, it has also had an impact on countries such as the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Some consider jurisprudential management to be in contrast with scientific management, while others consider the consideration of society's interests and attention to human experience as the secularization of government. The purpose of this article is to explain the position of expertise in the administration of the Islamic system based on the methodology of jurisprudence with an emphasis on the opinions of Imam Khomeini (RA), and the claim of this article is that according to Imam Khomeini (RA), jurisprudential management is not in contrast with scientific management, and referring to reason and human experience in the administration of Islamic society does not mean the secularization of religion, but the necessity of Implementation of Sharia law.To prove this claim, first by describing the opinions of the Scholars of principles of jurisprudence regarding the authority of human knowledge in this field; Then, by examining the areas of administration of the Islamic society, we have analyzed the essentials of these basics in the administration of the Islamic system.
