Abstract
Since justice is the most fundamental axis of a healthy and dynamic society, it should be fully implemented at all levels of society, including judicial, legislative, and executive institutions. If we interpret and interpret the basis of the implementation of justice in our country's legal and judicial system as creating profound changes and developments in the approach to governance and the government, we can better explain and analyze the impact of justice and its indicators on the realization of desirable governance. One of the objectives of the present study is that without justice and its influential aspects, the realization of appropriate governance patterns will be accompanied by obstacles and problems. In line with the present study, the question that has been raised is: "How does recognizing the areas of justice implementation affect the realization of a desirable governance pattern?" Hence, the importance of commitment and commitment to the implementation of justice must necessarily create requirements for governance and political power in society. This study uses a documentary approach and library studies with a descriptive-analytical strategy.
