Abstract
Abstract: security- oriented approach has longtime period, as taking sever measures in social reaction against security crimes. But nowadays has been more paid in criminal law, because of occurrence and appearance of new crimes. Not giving clear definition of security crimes by legislator, is the best instance that he relied on kind of ambiguity in criminalization for more extending the scope of such crimes, so that by this way it prepares more flexibility to judges for taking such measures. In order to taking such approach, several Proceeding guarantees predicted in international documents and internal procedure laws, have been limited and suspended as referred. this writing is concentrated on statute of criminal law (by writers) approved in 2013, despite having several innovations, governing of security orientation criminal policy it would be seen. of course in judicial prudence it is more sever.
