Abstract
Abstract:

The principle of change and transformation has been and is a constant theme of human societies. No society is exempt from this rule, but the speed of change and the variables involved in these transformations can be different. The study of the process of political and social change and transformation in Saudi Arabia and the identification of the drivers of these changes and transformations is the concern of this research.

In this article, the question of what will drive future political and social developments in Saudi Arabia is a topic that we will pursue with a descriptive and analytical approach and using information from books, articles, and websites, in order to identify the main drivers while examining the overall trend.

Studies have shown that, given the political and social conditions prevailing in Saudi Arabia, only netizens can use information and communication technology infrastructure, social media, and virtual networks. They play a major role in shaping the real public sphere and directing public opinion in cyberspace and the field, paving the way for Saudi Arabia's socio-political transformations and even accelerating them.
