Each of these theories, based on their ontological and epistemological concepts, provides a definition of international order. The paradigm of realism regards the balance of power and hegemony as the decisive and shaping elements of the international order, while the liberal paradigm considers the international order to be free from free markets, regimes, institutions and international organizations. On the one hand, the English school emphasizes the concepts of realism such as war, the balance of power and the management of great powers in shaping the international order, and on the other hand, it emphasizes the concepts of common norms and values ​​in shaping the international order, and The international order is regarded as a kind of social fabric among the governments of nations. On the basis of these changes, the question that arises is how the concept of international order has evolved based on its constituent factors and scope. The hypothesis of this study is that in the evolution of the concept of international order its shaping factor has been extended to other actors in addition to states and its scope has been extended from great powers to other states and even pheromonal and human actors.

However, after four decades of life of Islamic republic of Iran, it seems that the system is countering two major crises of legitimacy and efficiency. These crises’ have targeted the existence of the system and gradually are strengthening. Accordingly, the main question of this research is that what are the reasons of the efficiency and legitimation crisis’s in the political system of Islamic Republic of Iran? And what are the solutions? The hypothesis is that Iran’s society is transitional from tradition to modern society. Such a society requires change and renovation for accepting modernization. Resistance of the political system against change and the government encountering with the society are the main reasons of the efficiency and legitimation crisis’s. the best solution for the existing crisis is applying good governance. The evolutions have left abundant effects, and have affected the foreign policy of some countries with political and economic relations with the Middle East countries, especially the Persian Gulf. This study has investigated the role of China in the Persian Gulf with the security view of the country to the region (after the Islamic awakening evolutions). The main question in this study is: what approach was taken by China in the Persian Gulf after the Islamic Awakening evolutions? The results of this study showed that the approach of China to the evolutions of the Persian Gulf and the Middle East has faced a security perspective. The geopolitical and economic interests of China in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf have formed the behaviors of the country against such evolutions. The most important dimension of the geopolitical interests of China can be preventing the regional order in the Persian Gulf from becoming hegemonic. Also, the most underlying dimension of economic interests has can be supplying energy security. According to these interests, China got an impartial position in the Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, and Yemen crises. In the Libya crisis, China accompanied the International Community and played role in the Syria crisis in contrast to the West and Arab League. The behavior of China against the Islamic Awakening Evolutions was a gradual movement from the margins to the core of crises. China became a key activist in the later crises of the region.

The hypothesis under consideration is that: "Globalization, by challenging the official identity of states while paving the way for the emergence of Salafi Jihad political discourse, constitutes a fundamental challenge to the continuation of traditional power relations." Subjectivism is dominant tradition to encounter the political thoughts. This research raises a hermeneutical theory of dialogue as a method and new experience to study of contemporary political thought. Hermeneutical theory of dialogue believes to declare rationality, emancipation, freedom and democracy totally at social interaction in reality everyday communication and we should not declare them like Descartes and other Rationalists as consequence of single mind of men. This article presents a progression and blending of different hermeneutics from the fusion of horizons approach of Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics, through the Gadamer-Habermas debate to explore the interface between interpretive and critical approaches to text interpretations, to arrive at a research strategy that was created out of this debate. This strategy, hermeneutical dialogue, emphasises a) a deep understanding of the phenomenon being researched as well as b) a sceptical stance to this newly found deep understanding and c) the value of dialogue in transcending a fusion of understandings to achieve transformative action.

This international agreement, which was the result of two years formal and intensive negotiations, was signed between Iran and 5+1 countries on July 14, 2015 in Vienna and was enforced on January 16, 2016. Following the signing of this document, the Security Council resolution 2231legislated. According to this resolution, previous Security Council sanctions have been canceled and JCPOA signatory countries were forced to implement the commitments which were inserted on it. However, it did not take long time that the new president of America, Donald Trump, revealed his incompatibility with Iran's multilateral international nuclear agreement, in spite of the European commitment to JCPOA. Finally on May 8, 2018 the United States government officially gets out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and announced the resumption of sanctions like before. Therefore, this study tries to answer this question that, what are the legal-political consequences of the US exit from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action? In order to answer this question this hypothesis examined that in spite of the United States government insists that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is not an international treaty, following the ratification the Security Council resolution 2231l the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is an international agreement. Although the US exit of the JCPOA due to its legal nature named the multilateral agreement, has no legal consequence. However, politically, it decreases the credit and position of the United States in the international system. The research method will be in this study descriptive-analytic with a legal approach.

Despite the fact cultural relations between the two countries (France and China) are affected by commercial relations, the French government seeks to compensate for the trade deficit in bilateral relations with China, relying on its soft power and allocating a significant budget to this sector, in order to compensate for the negative trade balance with Beijing. Efforts have been done in French cultural diplomacy to attract more tourists from China, focusing on the relative advantage of investment in the luxury goods, enhancement of creativity in interior design, and promotion of francophonie as part of soft-power-oriented plans.

He was a comprehensive jurist, a social philosopher, a great commentator, a thinker aware of the culture and sciences of his time, a powerful and prolific writer, and an intelligent, brave, and painful politician. In addition to the above prominent features and characteristics, he has been a conscious and powerful theorist. Regarding politics, he has proposed the theory of "general caliphate", which is based on Shiite rules and jurisprudence. In this research, his views on the concept of revolution in the framework of his general caliphate theory and taken from his ontology, epistemology and methodology have been studied.

Many of the security threats in the region are rooted in regional threats and, on the other hand, due to geopolitical features and abundant oil resources in the Middle East, regional powers have a significant and effective role in creating security threats. One of the basics of this research is the design of the Buzan Regional Security Complex theory, which is one of the areas in which the theory applies. Neighborhood, common identity, similarities and contradictions, economic needs, and cultural and ethnic ties are among the variables of the regional security complex. Creating regional security requires a participatory, trust-based structure, so the Islamic Republic of Iran's security strategy for achieving security within a constructive interaction with regional countries will be possible, requiring the threat of de-security and de-security of Iran's security strategy. The area will crystallize.

It belongs ...  Read More     In Deleuze's views “event” is not an occurrence in the present, it is a process of becoming, which simultaneously is attached to past and future. It belongs to the trans-historical realm of Aion that in accord with the historical realm of Chronos creates a kind of perception which makes the event contingent. It is not a phenomenon or a thing, it is a creative, complex, yet immaterial force, something of thought and consciousness. Since, potentially, it has different possibilities for historical change in itself, by the break that it brings into historical perception of society, creates something new. Neoliberalism by its fundamental critique of the welfare state in Iran provided a condition in which, at least at the theoretical level, the withdrawal of the government from the social spheres has been considered as an imperative. Accordingly, a new social order was formed, the neoliberalism actualized its principals in society, but life has become more and more exhausting and unbearable for the lower classes. The Corona Pandemic better than any other occurrence exposed the falsity of the neoliberal perspectives. Not only Coronavirus did convince most of the people for the government's return to society, it also at the expense of neoliberal individualism revived the social. The misery of present situation from one side destroys the social imaginary that caused the application of neoliberal policies as historical event on life of people; from other side it brings to society a chance to imagine a better future. In this article by leaning on Deleuze view of “event”, we are going to show how neoliberalism by transforming itself to a “social imaginary” became a path breaking event that promised to open up a new era of socio-political life in Iran. The study offers how corona pandemic discloses the neoliberal disguise on the progress and welfare; it attempts to reveal the delusion neoliberal promise, particularly in its relation to lower classes of society.

So that means following the Islamic teachings that originated in Islamic Iran and spread to the countries of the Persian Gulf and the Middle East from Egypt and Bahrain. The main purpose of this article is to examine the Islamic Awakening and the strategy of the United States in Iran, Egypt and Bahrain. Our argument will be that the US government, by implementing its strategy in this region; That is, the embargo of the Islamic Republic of Iran after the revolution, which is in some way contrary to the standards of human rights and international law, also tried to change the revolution in Egypt and secularize the government with a coup interfered in the internal affairs of that country. It goes without saying that it has not neglected to implement its policies in the Middle East, including Bahrain, and by supporting the Al Khalifa regime, it has supported a kind of state terrorism of this regime, all of which the US states are contrary to international law.
