NATO was established as a regional security regime aimed at countering Soviet expansionism. NATO was in a crisis of identity with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War, which no longer saw the strategic enemy on its way. In its monopoly world, the United States has sought to preserve NATO and extend its influence from Europe to other parts of the world, especially the Middle East, in pursuit of its development goals. The 9/11 incident was a turning point in the new NATO security approach, for the first time that it went beyond Western Europe and deployed a large number of troops to the Middle East (Afghanistan). By presenting a new definition of threats, in the new international context, NATO has identified a wide range of global issues as new sources of threat and has paved the way for its role in any part of the world where its interests warrant. Going back to the research objective that seeks to examine NATO's position in US grand strategy and the US influence on NATO after the end of the Cold War, the research hypothesis states that in the monopoly world, NATO as a political-military arm, a tool for the US and under Its leadership has been to achieve US expansionist policies in every part of the world (the Middle East).}, keywords = {The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO),the Soviet collapse,the US grand strategy,the Middle East}, title_fa = {جایگاه ناتو در طراحی استراتژی آمریکاپس از جنگ‌سرد (با تأکید برخاورمیانه)}, abstract_fa = {سازمان پیمان اتلانتیک شمالی (ناتو)، محصول شرایط بین‌المللی بعد از جنگ‌جهانی‌دوم است. ناتو با هدف مقابله با توسعه طلبی شوروی، به‌عنوان رژیم امنیت منطقه‌ای تأسیس شد. ناتو با فروپاشی شوروی و پایان جنگ سرد، که دیگر دشمن استراتژیک را بر سر راه خود نمی‌دید دچار بحران هویت گردید. آمریکا در جهان تک‌قطبی، در جایگاه رهبری و در راستای نیل به اهداف توسعه‌طلبانه خود، سعی در ابقاء ناتو و گسترش حوزه‌های نفوذ آن از اروپا به سایر نقاط جهان به خصوص منطقه خاورمیانه اقدام نمود. حادثه 11 سپتامبرنقطه عطفی در رویکرد جدید امنیتی ناتو بود، زیرا برای نخستین بار از محدوده غرب اروپا فراتر رفته و اقدام به گسیل گسترده نیروهای نظامی به خاورمیانه (افغانستان) نمود. ناتو در شرایط نوین بین‌المللی با ارائه تعریف جدیدی از تهدیدات، طیف وسیعی از موضوعات جهانی را به عنوان منابع جدید تهدید مورد شناسایی قرار داده و زمینه را برای ایفای نقش خویش در هر نقطه‌ای از جهان که منافعش اقتضاء کند فراهم ساخته است. در بازگشت به هدف پژوهش که درصدد بررسی جایگاه ناتو در استراتژی‌ کلان آمریکا و تأثیرات ایالات متحده بر ناتو بعد از پایان جنگ سرد می‌باشد، فرضیه پژوهش بیان می‌دارد که در دوران جهان تک‌قطبی، ناتو به عنوان بازوی سیاسی- نظامی، ابزاری برای آمریکا و تحت رهبری این کشور برای نیل به سیاست‌های توسعه طلبانه آمریکا در هر نقطه ای از جهان (خاورمیانه) بوده است.}, keywords_fa = {سازمان پیمان آتلانتیک شمالی (ناتو),فروپاشی شوروی,استراتژی کلان آمریکا,خاورمیانه}, url = {https://www.rahbordsyasi.ir/article_110035.html}, eprint = {https://www.rahbordsyasi.ir/article_110035_774b66942822ff991cfbac84cc80ed11.pdf} }
