Many countries sought to establish a political system in line with the democratic model and built their political, social, and economic structures on it. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the independence of the Central Asian republics, these countries faced many challenges in terms of new restructuring. It replaces the communist order in these countries. Contrary to the existing view, given the past three decades of independence of these republics, we are witnessing the establishment of authoritarian regimes in the countries of the region in a manner that precipitates the totalitarian thinking left behind by the communist system. It seeks to answer the question of what are the internal barriers to democracy in these countries? And then to study them scientifically and analyze them. Researchers also believe that the existence of domestic political and social factors in these countries, such as the absence of a rule-based law, the absence of plural political parties, a weak civil society, and internal barriers to democracy are considered.}, keywords = {Central Asia,authoritarianism,Civil Society,Democracy}, title_fa = {موانع تحقق دموکراسی در آسیای مرکزی}, abstract_fa = {دموکراسی امروزه به عنوان مطلوب‌ترین شکل نظام سیاسی در قرن اخیر شناخته شده و در حال گسترش و تسری به اکثر نقاط دنیا است. کشورهای زیادی در صدد بر قراری نظام سیاسی مطابق با الگوی دموکراتیک بر آمدند و ساختارهای سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، خود را برآن مبنا بنا نهادند. پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی و استقلال جمهوری­های آسیای مرکزی، این کشورها با چالش‌های فراوانی جهت ساختار سازی جدید روبرو شدند، عده ای­از محققان بر این باور بودند که بستر به وجود آمده پس از فروپاشی شوروی فرصت مناسبی برای تأسیس نظام‌های سیاسی دمکراتیک به عنوان الگوی جایگزین نظم کمونیستی حاکم در این کشورهاست. بر خلاف دیدگاه موجود، با توجه به گذشت سه دهه از استقلال این جمهوری‌ها شاهد استقرار وجود حکومت‌های اقتدارگرا در کشورهای این منطقه می‌باشیم بطوری­که رسوب تفکرات توتالیتری باز مانده از نظام کمونیستی مشخص می‌باشد، لذا این پژوهش با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است­ که موانع داخلی عدم تحقق دموکراسی در این کشورها چیست؟ و سپس آنها را مورد مداقه علمی و واکاوی قراردهد. ضمنأ پژوهشگران بر این باوراند که وجود عوامل سیاسی و اجتماعی داخلی حاکم بر این کشورها از جمله متغیرهایی همچون؛ عدم قانون مداری، عدم وجود احزاب سیاسی متکثر، جامعه مدنی ضعیف، از جمله موانع داخلی تحقق دموکراسی در این کشورها محسوب می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {آسیای مرکزی,اقتدار گرایی,جامعه مدنی,دموکراسی}, url = {https://www.rahbordsyasi.ir/article_110034.html}, eprint = {https://www.rahbordsyasi.ir/article_110034_588f41d164c394e545e0c31a1c223b8e.pdf} }
